The Petition has been filed by human rights activist and chairman international forum for justice Human Rights JK and the notice was issued by member SHRC Dilshad Shaheen.

The commission has sought report regarding grounds of detention under which the youth, Umar Adil Dar, was arrested and lodged in Kathua jail.
